Hi, I’m Aubrey — coach, pet mom, bullet journal enthusiast, and a person endlessly curious about what is true and resonant. I live in Cincinnati with my husband Raman, our dog Remy (fluffy), and two cats (feisty). In my spare time I cook Persian food, play pickleball, and practice asking good questions — of myself and others.

By day, I work remotely in HR and Marketing for a nonprofit in Indiana. I am also a coach and a long-time part of the Lark’s Song ecosystem — from undergrad coaching client to curriculum builder, summer intern to staff member, and now, Mentor Coach and proud Board Secretary. Lark’s Song has seen me through a lot of seasons, and somehow always knows how to meet the moment.

Coaching has rewired how I live — it’s helped me stop settling and start choosing. Even in uncertainty, I know I have agency. I’ve learned to live aligned with my values, not just what makes sense to others and not just when it's easy and ideal. I get to walk that journey inside a community that’s both kind and fierce in its belief in people’s wholeness.

I hope the coming year brings more of what Lark’s Song does best: surprising us. I believe this work is a ripple effect — one conversation at a time, creating something generational and lasting.
