Summer Sound Bath Series

Join us for a 4-week Summer Sound Bath Series at Lark’s Song — a gentle, restorative experience to recalibrate your nervous system and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Held every Monday at 9:00 AM from June 23-July 14, this weekly gathering invites you to start your week in a grounded, centered way.

Let the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments wash over you, creating space for stillness, clarity, and healing. No previous experience is necessary — simply bring a mat, a blanket if you’d like, and an open heart. We will provide blankets and mats for anyone that needs them.

Whether you’re craving peace, presence, or a deeper sense of well-being, this is your invitation to pause and listen. To rest. To receive. And to remember: your wholeness is never out of reach.

Dates: Mondays | [Insert Start Date] – [Insert End Date]
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Location: Lark’s Song at 401 S Washington Street
Investment: Pay what you can, come as you are donations at the door (Suggested donation of $20)
