Erica Eyer
Well-Being Co-Director
I’m Erica. I love books, all things Harry Potter, wind chimes, walking in water, and Chapstick. I can swing from cheerful to glum and back again in about five seconds. I think most things in life feel a little easier when you’re barefoot and laughing.
My primary job is as a nurse. I got involved with Larks Song in 2015. I am an ICF-certified coach, I’ve co-created programs like Superhero Camp, helped develop the well-being curriculum, and contributed where needed. I have held different roles, titles, and levels of engagement over the years. What I love most is simply being part of it and showing up for the organization in whatever way matters most to me. Right now, that's being on the board.
Lark’s Song gave me space to be fully myself, rather than who I thought I was supposed to be. It let me bring Jesus, yoga, fun, whimsy, and glitter together in one place, rather than keeping them separate. I have done things I never imagined I could do because of Lark’s Song.
Coaching has completely changed how I show up — in the light and the heavy, the magic and the mess, and everything in between — at work, at home, and in every relationship, in every choice and every moment.
My hope for Lark’s Song in the coming year is that it stays a place where people can take risks, try new things, and find a little magic along the way.
I want everyone to know that you are enough just as you are — with all your weirdness, wounds, and mess.
