Hi, I’m Len Anspach. I’ve been on the Lark’s Song Board for the last 6 years as well as a co-leader and mentor for the certified coach training program. I earned my LSCC in 2018 then went on to get my BCC & PCC as well as my team coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation. I retired in 2024 after spending 5 years as an internal coach at a construction company.

Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon were crusty but endearing characters in the 1993 movie, Grumpy Old Men. I was headed down a similar path without the endearing but an abundance of grumpy along with judgmental and caustic with a bit of condescension thrown in. I didn’t like it but I didn’t know how to exit that path. Enter stage right—the Lark’s Song Coaching Certification program. The program was dynamically transformative. I learned to adopt a mindset of curiosity and empathy. It made all the difference in the world.

My hope is to continue working with Lark’s Song and paying forward the transformative impact I received to others coming into the program. I enjoy assisting those that are stuck to find freedom to live at choice.
