Levi Huffman has over 10 years of experience working within collegiate administration. These areas include residence life, career development, adult education, study abroad curriculum, judicial affairs, academic advising, admissions, and outdoor experiential learning. He received his Doctorate of Education and Master of Arts degree in College Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Malone University in Canton, Ohio.
His research includes the long-term impact of student leadership positions post-college, as well as student motivation, servant leadership, and identity development -- which is what drew him to the Lark’s Song Academy. He currently teaches Student Development Administration and Life Coaching courses in the Graduate Counseling department at Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to teaching, he conducted research at Wake Forest University on holistic student thriving.
Levi’s calling to student development and life coaching began to emerge post-college while he was living and working in London. Since then, he has led many cross-cultural, educational, and humanitarian relief efforts to several areas around the world including Swaziland, Nicaragua, Alaska, Zambia, and Sri Lanka. When he’s not running marathons, eating sour patch kids, volunteering in Marion, or reading in his hammock, Levi is an avid backpacker who enjoys exploring trails and canoeing rivers throughout Indiana, Appalachia, and the wild west.

Bethany has had the privilege of assisting a variety of professionals, from educators to contractors. Working with a multitude of different personality styles from different fields has always been exciting and given her the tools and experience to be able to fulfill her supportive role at Lark's Song.
She has been pleased to watch Lark's Song grow and is even more pleased to be a part of it. Freedom and hope are values that she can not only encourage and wish for, but witness first-hand at Lark's Song.
Being a musician and artist makes creating a necessary part of life. Because of that, any time not being used for Lark's Song is being used to learn about unconventional living and practice her baritone ukulele. She lives by the philosophy of the old Irish proverb that, "A good laugh and long sleep are the two best cures for anything."

MJ has held several roles in the past that developed the practical skills he has now. From working on a landscaping crew in his youth, to being entrusted with the care of a large wooded estate, he understands the steps needed to help natural and controlled growth of land. He makes it a regular habit to consult with experts in the field to gain an even more detailed understanding of the beauty in the land that's being treated.
Having spent several years living on ranches and as an assistant farrier, MJ traveled up and down the west coast, educating owners on how to better care for their animals. A mutual respect and lack of fear are core beliefs he carries when dealing with horses and their needs.
Another creative dynamic that MJ brings is his background as a professional photographer. Knowing how to capture the beauty and the reality of a space or subject has always been a rewarding challenge for him. He has enjoyed teaching classes with IPS (the Institute of Photographic Studies), which took him to different locations around the globe, as he taught aspiring photographers the elements of light and composition.

Rachel is a recent graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s of science degree in leadership studies. She is currently working toward her master’s in counseling and student development from the same university.
After experiencing transformation as a coaching client, Rachel became interested in pursuing professional coaching as a means to live out her passions. Rachel is passionate about empowering individuals to understand and utilize their strengths in order to find purpose and fulfillment, as well as empowering individuals to live in right relationship with one another. A friend who knew these passions introduced Rachel to Megan. After a couple of coffee meetings with Megan, Rachel officially pursued Lark’s Song by applying for the creative intern position. She is thrilled to be working with the company, and is excited about the opportunities for growth and learning that continually arise.
Rachel believes that life is most exciting when approached with a new book and a cup of coffee. Other truths that she holds to is that long walks are good for the soul, grass is meant to be walked through barefooted, and sometimes all you need to get through a stressful day is some playtime with a puppy.

Jenna first experienced the incredible power of life coaching when she started college at Indiana Wesleyan University in both a classroom setting as well as individual coaching sessions. She was intrigued by the positive and celebratory atmosphere that was created in the coaching relationship, and has since then decided to pursue a career in the coaching field. Jenna is passionate about making others feel welcome in who they are created to be and in encouraging them to live authentically by growing confident in their own strengths. Jenna is currently working toward a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology at Indiana Wesleyan University and plans to pursue her coaching certification at Lark’s Song sometime in the near future.
Jenna is a big believer in the power of a good breakfast, and she has a questionably large number of maroon colored items in her closet. She embraces celebrating the small things and subscribes to the truth that on days that are less than wonderful, all you really need is a latte and to sing your heart out to a good ballad.
When not doing homework for her classes, you can usually find her laughing with friends or curled up with a good book.
