TAMARA RULON

Cohort Advisor and Applied Practice Coach

Hi! I’m Tamara Rulon.

I began the Lark’s Song coach training in 2020, when we were all masked, distanced, and navigating a world filled with uncertainty. It was a scary and disorienting time for so many of us. Lark’s Song became an anchor and grounding I didn’t yet realize I needed. I came out of that training with the purpose statement: “I am a quiet adventurer who whispers: be free.”

Today, I’m the Cohort Advisor and Applied Practice Coach, walking alongside coaches in training as they find their voice, build confidence, and put the Lark’s Song coaching tools into practice with authenticity and skill. Supporting others in their growth has become some of the most meaningful work I’ve done.

Being in my 50s, I’m grateful for a community that encourages learning and unlearning, curiosity, and honest self-reflection. I’ve recognized patterns that protected and served me for most of my life… until suddenly, they didn’t anymore. Healing a few of life’s bumps and bruises has given me more capacity to show up, take up space, and live a little more out loud. Now, I step into the world with an updated purpose: “I am a bold adventurer who leads the way to freedom.”

I truly believe coaching isn’t limited to a profession… it’s a framework that strengthens communication, deepens connection, boosts productivity, and supports wellbeing in any career, role, or life stage.
