Tracey Krska

Administrative Support

Things that so warm my soul are listening to my son sing his original songs while playing guitar, feeling my granddaughter slip her hand in mine as we walk, watching spring sunrises–I never ever tire of how beautiful each one is, and engaging in contemplation through writing and watercolor. I’m also an organization, technology nerd, and voracious reader, so being a Gemini seems to fit having two very different sides to me. Ohio is and has been my home for the majority of my life, and there I’m a board certified professional coach and a recently published author of a new book called, Trajectory. Three call me mom, four call me Yaya.

A good friend introduced me to Lark’s Song early on through an Enneagram workshop before encouraging me to go through the coach training program. And seriously … mind blown wide open. Lark’s Song and their programs have honestly and kindly exposed how limited my life and thinking had been, including my own creativity. I hadn’t believed I even deserved a flourishing life let alone go after one. That’s how deeply and beautifully Lark’s Song believes in each person they encounter.

Coaching is collaborative, and I love that. It’s not counseling, mentoring, or consulting where I would be doing most of the talking. It’s a drawing from. Drawing from the deep well of what others didn’t know they already knew and helping them see how wide and varied their choices are. To those who believe coaching isn’t something that would be a vocation for them, may I encourage you to consider the Lark’s Song coaching program anyway. One recent participant said before the program, they felt “resistant,” but having started the program they felt unstoppable. Talk about a 180! Can you imagine the wonder of a 180 in your life?

My hope and dream for Lark’s Song is continued sharing of all that coaching can bring around it and within it. I thought I knew myself before going through the program, and that even feels somewhat laughable to say because now I’ve come to realize that I’m ever evolving and growing. That’s not just a fulfilling life–it’s a fun one! Lark’s Song has my gratitude for that through my foreseeable future and on.
