Aubrey Baker

Well-Being Experience Designer

During her freshman year of college she took a class called Introduction to Life Calling after not being certain of what major to choose. Through coaching she found that power and choice are already accessible to her.

Aubrey holds her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Leadership studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. Both of these degrees lead her to coaching. After studying how socioeconomic status impacts one’s access to positive psychology interventions and well-being tools, Aubrey became dedicated to mend the access gap. In every aspect of her involvement with coaching, resilience and hope have been present and Marion is no exception to that.

One thing Aubrey knows to be true is that there are few things better than the dance between crying until you laugh and laughing until you cry. On any given day you’ll find her bullet journaling, biking, celebrating with friends, traveling, having a random dance party, making lists, discovering a new coffee shop, losing her voice at a concert, writing letters, quoting vines, or getting lost in an art museum.

Aubrey believes firmly in the idea that the foundation of aliveness is found when joy and sorrow meet.

“Integrity is choosing courage over comfort; choosing what is right over what is fun, fast, or easy; and choosing to practice our values rather than simply professing them.” - Brene Brown
