he Sincera Project onsite is a 2-day intensive workshop experience that covers significant life themes such as integrity, legacy, courage, strengths, values, & life purpose. In this onsite, participants are challenged to re-kindle their imaginations toward a life well-lived. At the completion of the onsite experience, each participant will make a commitment to a "courageous resonant choice" for engaging in a fulfilling third-third of life based on their unique strengths and values.

The onsite runs from 9 AM - 5 PM on a Friday and Saturday, with a 2-hour working break in the middle of each day. Each workshop will have a limit of 12 participants total.
