Enrolling as a client at Lark’s Song is a choice that requires commitment and an extensive process of self-exploration. The discovery session is a 2-3 hour individual session where the coach and client design their alliance, establish agreements and boundaries, uncover core values, define life purpose, assess strengths and weaknesses, and set goals for their work together.

While every coaching relationship is distinct, most of them start at a similar place. After the initial discovery session, many clients desire to meet with their coach for at least two 45 minute sessions a month. Some clients require more time, some require less, and some wish to engage in coaching sessions with a spouse or team member(s). Generally, coaching sessions center on finding fulfillment, establishing balance, and processing the client’s “present” in life, as a means to expanding their reach and living out their life’s best by meeting their personal goals.

Group Coaching Workshops take place in a face-to-face group setting that requires vulnerability and courage. In our group coaching workshops we explore such topics as individual creativity, maximizing strengths, discovering a unique voice, personal strategic planning, servant leadership, and more. Lark’s Song offers a variety of coaching webinars at different times that focus on a range of topics, such as cultivating creativity, confronting your saboteurs, living fully, etc. The webinars are conducted over a series of weeks using a number of innovative and highly interactive online tools with a live facilitator. Group Coaching Workshops and Coaching Webinars are a great way to infuse an individual’s life with the power of coaching if they are unable to commit to a long-term coaching partnership.
